Massage Therapy

Massage therapy is a manual technique used to manipulate the soft tissue of the body. 

Massage therapy allows the muscles, ligaments, fluids and connective tissue to passively move as you rest and become more aware of the body you live in. 

Massage therapy`s intention and function is to encourage the body to maintain or achieve optimal health.

All of our therapists are trained in Swedish Massage, but also have had extensive training in many other modalities and treatment specialties such as Thai, Shiatsu, Cupping, Myofascial release, Pregnancy massage, External Pelvic Floor Rehab, MVA, etc.


Emotional Freedom Technique (EFT)

EFT is a type of treatment that allows the individual to bring to the surface any emotional discomfort they are experiencing and releasing it with love.is 

By tapping on specific acupressure points on the body, we stimulate these energy lines/meridians to wake them up to allow healing to begin. As we tap, we acknowledge what is being felt in the moment, while reminding ourselves of all the love we are still deserving of, despite our heavier feelings.

EFT allows us to release all feelings and stories of our short comings and the short comings of others.

If you are feeling like you are done feeling heavy, angry, resentful, impatient, undeserving, cheated or fearful, EFT may just be the beautiful tool to help you on your path of well-being.
